The Red Sea holds some of the finest wrecks on Earth, and three of them are within reach of Hurghada. The SS Thistlegorm still carries the trucks, motorcycles and locomotives it went down with in 1941. Abu Nuhas is a graveyard of four ships on one reef. The Salem Express is a solemn, unforgettable dive we treat with real respect.
These trips are guided by wreck specialists who know every corridor, every swim-through and every resident turtle. We brief the history and the plan carefully on the boat, match the route to your experience, and keep any penetration optional and safe. Depth and current are managed for you, never gambled with.
You do not need to be a technical diver to feel the magic. Abu Nuhas suits Open Water divers, while the Thistlegorm and Salem Express reward an Advanced card. Not there yet? We can fold the wreck dives into an Advanced course so you qualify while you explore.

Good to know
Abu Nuhas suits certified Open Water divers and above (depths 5-27 m). SS Thistlegorm and Salem Express are best with an Advanced certification or 30+ logged dives because of depth and possible currents. Not advanced yet? We can combine the trip with an Advanced course.
On the Thistlegorm, swim-throughs of the open cargo holds are part of the classic route for comfortable divers. On the Salem Express we stay respectfully outside passenger areas. Penetration is always optional and depends on your training and comfort.
Each wreck has fixed weekly days (shown on this page and each wreck page): typically Thistlegorm twice a week with an early departure, Abu Nuhas and Salem Express on alternating days. Private charters on other days are possible on request.
Two guided dives on every wreck trip. On the Thistlegorm both dives are on the wreck (outside tour + holds tour). At Abu Nuhas you usually dive two different wrecks on the same reef.
The water is 28°C, the visibility is over 30 m, and a boat with your name on it leaves tomorrow at 8 AM.
