Quick answers

Where is the best place to go scuba diving in Hurghada?

Honestly? Away from the big day boats. Our favourite sites are the walls of Giftun Island, the drift along Fanadir, Sheab El Erg where the dolphins live, and the four wrecks at Abu Nuhas. We take small private groups (never more than 4 divers per guide) to exactly these places, every day from 8 AM to 4 PM, starting at €40. Same sea, none of the crowds.

I want to do a diving course. Where do I start in Hurghada?

Start with the PADI Open Water Diver course. It takes 3 to 4 days and costs €330 with everything included. You study the theory online at your own pace, then we do the water skills and 4 real Red Sea dives from our boat. One instructor teaches you alone, so nobody rushes you and nobody holds you back. Pick a start date on the booking page or send us a WhatsApp and we sort out the rest.

How do I book a diving trip in Hurghada?

Online, in about two minutes. Choose your trip, date and level on the booking page. No prepayment, you pay on the boat in cash or by card. We confirm on WhatsApp, pick you up from your hotel for free, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before.

What time do diving trips start and end in Hurghada?

Most of our boats run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pickup from your hotel is around 7:30 AM and we drop you back after the second dive. The SS Thistlegorm is the exception: the wreck is far out, so that day starts around 5:30 AM. Worth it, we promise.

Can I dive in Hurghada without any experience?

Yes, and it happens every day on our boat. First-Time Diving needs no certificate at all. Your instructor explains everything, you practise breathing in shallow water first, and then you do a calm reef dive to 6 or 8 metres maximum. The instructor stays within arm’s reach the entire time, and kids can join from age 10.

Ready to dive today?

The water is 28°C, the visibility is over 30 m, and a boat with your name on it leaves tomorrow at 8 AM.
